Update and measurements

4 weeks ago I re-started the couch to 5K program with a friend of mine. I of course am loving it. And even more so, I am loving watching Beth step out of her comfort zone, and DO IT! Running those intervals, is ALL mind over matter. I couldn't be more proud that she is able to run 5 minutes at a time. So Anyway, since that time, I've lost some weight and some inches and wanted to post them.

Weight at start - 265.8
Current weight 9/16 - 258.00

And measurements. Which mean more to me then losing any weight does. I was able to wear a shirt last week that previously I hadn't been able to get over my boobs! NSV are the best in my book!

Chest - start 51
Now 49
Total loss 2 inches

R Arm - start 16.5
Now - 14.5
Total Loss 2 inches

L Arm start 15.75
Now 14.5
total Loss 1.25 inches

Waist start 54.5
Now 53
Total Loss 1.5 inches

Hips start 57
Now 55.5
Total Loss 1.5 inches

R Thigh start 24.25
Now 22.75
Total Loss 1.5 inches

L Thigh start 24
Now 23
Total loss 1 inch

And that one that i've noticed just from looking in the mirror.... ABS!!

Total Loss 5 inches!

That's a grand total of 7.8 lbs lost and a whopping 15.75 overall inches in 4 weeks. I've always lost more inches then weight, so I am not bummed at all. I have 2 dresses that I wore when I had lost all that weight 2 years ago. I am DETERMINED to have them fit me for my cruise in 2 months!
