Spark People actually creates and tracks all your measurements for you. Since we always wish we would lose faster then what we do, I wanted to compare what I've been doing to what I SHOULD be donig. My line is the blue one, the goal is the red line. I guess what I am doing is about right, since for the most part I am right on track. I did great for a while back in march, until I hit that plateau in April. And although I "should" have lost this week, I am still only the TINEST bit above that goal line. I am pretty happy with the results thus far. Sure I would LOVE to have lost 50 lbs already, however, that would not have been realistic would it??
